First we have North Brook, located on Brookside Drive within city limits on Fredericton’s north side and complete with city services. North Brook consists of building lots close to all amenities such as shopping, etc. Future golf course, public beach and walking trail system.
There is also Lakeside Estates, a subdivision that adjoins Kilarney Lake Beach just outside Fredericton north side city limits. Lakeside Estates consists of large lots (minimum of one acre) in a peaceful and scenic area.
Also, Harris Subdivision is a new, rapidly expanding subdivision for mini and modular homes. It is located on the Fredericton south side on Wilsey Road.
Also, Joyce Land Subdivision, Fredericton's only mini home subdivision, conveniently located off of Brookside Drive, in the city limits, all city serviced, fully landscaped lots.
