Our Team

Doug is a certified manufactured home consultant with extensive knowledge in designing floor plans and all aspects of new home construction. With prior experience as a quality control inspector at Mapleleaf Homes, he brings to the table confidence and expertise of making any individuals home buying experience a positive one. On his time off he enjoys spending time with his wife Cathy and two children Candice and Corey. He enjoys flying, four-wheeling, fishing and spending time with his family and friends at the lake.

Rob spends much of his spare time playing road hockey and baseball with his two young boys and joining his wife at the fields and rinks to watch the kids play with their teammates. Otherwise, he enjoys spending time outdoors in his spare time doing activities such as hunting, fishing and gardening. Rob brings past management and project management experience to the table. Coupled with construction and property assessment experience, you'll be confident and at ease when buying your new home through Rob.

Jamie first started with the Northrup Organization when he was still attending high school as a part of the ground maintenance crew. After completing his education Jamie joined our organization in a full time capacity as a part of our home set up division. Over the years he has advanced within the company and currently holds the position as our service/project manager. Jamie has aquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise throughout his career with Northrup Homes and is very well respected in the industry. On his time off he enjoys spending time with his wife Lori and his son Riley. Jamie enjoys four-wheeling, and spending time with his family and friends at the camp.
